The Land

Thirty hectares of vine, olive and woodland.

An entire hill in the DOCG Montecucco, with excellent southern exposure — all included in the sale.

The Land

One hill, five vocations.

The estate sits within the DOCG Montecucco appellation. Its productive vocation has been the planting of roughly three hectares of specialised vineyard — predominantly Sangiovese with a portion of Cabernet Sauvignon. Two hectares are given to a specialised olive grove, the arable land remains suited to cereals, hay and future vines, and the balance is woodland and Mediterranean scrub.
