Patented labels, sold with the land.
After processing, ageing and bottling within the same zone of production, the wine reaches the market under its own label — Ninfale — transferable together with the estate. Alongside it, the grove's organic extra-virgin olive oil and Grappa Cortilla, distilled to order: three products, two patented trademarks, all included in the sale.

Ninfale.
The estate's wine: organic DOC Montecucco, predominantly Sangiovese with a portion of Cabernet Sauvignon, aged a minimum of one year. Processed, matured and bottled within the zone of production, and sold under its own patented label, Ninfale — transferable with the land.
Extra-virgin olive oil.
From the two-hectare specialised grove, roughly 250 trees in production yield a characterful organic extra-virgin, pressed and bottled locally. The latest harvest gave 542 bottles; at maturity, with the Porrona grove, potential rises to 2,500 bottles.

Grappa Cortilla.
From the harvest's pomace comes Grappa Cortilla, produced and bottled by the historic Nannoni distillery of Paganico and sold under the estate's own patented grappa label. It takes its name from the Cortilla stream that borders the land.
Two registered marks, transferred with the estate.
Ninfale and Cortilla are patented trademarks, part and parcel of the sale: the new owner continues to produce and sell under labels already established in the market.
